Women At Play(s) is seeking one act plays written by Canadian women for its 7th festival. Deadline September 15.

Women At Play(s) 7 is currently looking for new original one act plays from women playwrights, emerging or established, for it’s seventh festival. This event has had very successful runs in Vancouver and Toronto with sold out shows and great reviews from audience members and critics.
Women At Play(s) provides a creative outlet for women playwrights, directors and actors. It was created to give women a voice. It is meant to inspire and showcase artistic achievements in theatrical performance for women.
All characters must be women, no longer than 20 minutes in length.
It is produced under the CAEA approved festival policy.
6 plays will be selected by an anonymous jury.
Women at Play(s) 7 will take place February-March 2025, exact dates TBD.
