The Creator Exchange is an initiative of the Playwrights Guild of Canada, inspired and brought to us by the Dramatists Guild of America. Creator Exchanges are an opportunity for playwrights to talk briefly about what kind of work inspires them, and how they like to collaborate artistically, the purpose being to encourage networking opportunities with other theatre practitioners, and to forge new working relationships over drinks and snacks.

Creator Exchanges can take on different forms. In the past, PGC has run exchanges for Directors/Playwrights, Designers/Playwrights, Dramaturgs/Playwrights, Composers/Playwrights and Community Theatres/Playwrights. These exchanges have been held in cities across Canada, such as Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, London, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax.

Upcoming Creator Exchanges:

January 12
