Amateur Rights Request Form

If you wish to apply for Non-Professional (amateur/education) Performance Rights of a Canadian play by a PGC member, please use our online form.  Please note that the rights for an amateur production of a particular play may not be available.  You will be notified about the availability once we receive the online request. If we don’t handle the rights for your requested play, we will let you know and pass your request on to the rights manager, as long as PGC has that information. If we do not have a rights manager on file, we will do our best to assist you with your amateur rights search.

PLEASE NOTE: Explicit permission for performance rights must be secured before any action on a production is taken, including rehearsals, advertising, ticket sales, etc.
