Below are the standard minimum rates for amateur rights set by PGC. Depending on venue capacity, ticket price and number of performances, a production will be subject to either a percentage model or flat rate model.
Please note that these rates may vary from play to play and production to production. Rates may change according to the playwright or agent’s decision, the length of the play, the status of the play, and/or the box office potential of the production.
Rates are confirmed once the producer has sent in an Amateur Rights Request, and PGC has consulted with the playwright and/or agent.
