CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: Radio plays for Dime Store Audio Theatre (Halifax).

Dime Store Audio Theatre, a monthly podcast dramatizing new radio plays written in the classic pulp genres of the 1940s and 1950s (detective fiction, westerns, etc.), is accepting submissions for future podcast episodes.

Each episode will consist of a staged reading of the play. They are also accepting stage plays that will easily translate to a radio medium and that feature 5 characters or less. Plays of all length and style will be considered, but scripts with a running time of 22 minutes will be given priority.

Writers may submit more than one script. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, and can be emailed to dimestoreaudiotheatre@gmail.com
