Thank you for becoming a PlayConnect Host!

Below is a checklist of items to complete in for the Playwright to receive their PlayConnect funding.

  1. Complete Agreement Form before the reading. This should be done one month before the reading date. (This will be sent to you via email.)
  2. Please pay the Administration Fee once you are sent an invoice from PGC. This should be done one month before the reading date.
  3. Stay in communication with the Playwright and PGC in regards to the reading event plans and promotion.
  4. Please add the PlayConnect Logos and include venue accessibility information on all promotional materials.
  5. Enjoy the reading :-)
  6. After your reading, please submit a Host Evaluation Form.

Transportation Note:

If the Host cancels the reading after the playwrights books their transportation, the Host must reimburse the playwright.
