Write-on-Q – DEADLINE: 2026/09/08

Every year, Infinithéâtre organizes a Quebec playwriting competition (Write-on-Q), where they receive many innovative and exciting new plays from talented playwrights across the province; then, a jury of professionals selects a series of finalists. The winning script receives a cash prize of $2000.

The winning script, as well as selected runner-ups, comprise the line-up of their annual reading series, The Pipeline—an animated weekend of free public play readings. After each Pipeline reading, discussions involving the actors, playwright, and the audience provide valuable feedback for future programming and script rewrites.

This year's submission deadline is September 8th, 11:59pm.
