Kitchener-Waterloo Little Theatre is back with their annual showcase, Popcorn Plays, in which nine short plays will be performed by eight theatrical explorers!
The Popcorn Plays are a chance for participants to try a little bit of everything: directing, acting, stage management, and theatre tech. This year’s edition includes nine ten-minute plays:
–Coaster by Scott McMullin, directed by Jake Strang
–Dangerous Encounter by Rachael MacIntosh, directed by Phoenix Schlupp
–Eating Crayons by Ryan M. Bultrowicz, directed by Cassandra Little
–The Family Quest by Anna Nero
–Gay Positive by Norm Reynolds, directed by Michaela Angemeer
–The Gloriana by Nikki Lust, directed by Joy Zaia
–Sorting Through by Zivy Hardy, directed by Jodie vander Heide
–Standard Contact by Michael L. Davenport, directed by Mar DeCiccio
–Sure Thing by David Ives, directed by Anna Nero
