Fee: $20.00 (includes 1 ticket to Groundswell Festival*)

Join Nightwood Artistic Director Andrea Donaldson and Artistic Associate Courtney Ch’ng Lancaster for an intimate opportunity to introduce yourself to the organization and to other professional artists. This session is intended for theatre professionals who are women and gender expansive producers, directors, stage managers, production managers and designers. All levels of professional experience are welcome and encouraged.

Two sessions available, either starting at 1:00 PM or 3:30 PM. Each session will be limited to 14 participants, and will include facilitated group introductions and time for more intimate, one-on-one chats.

*Each participant will receive 1 ticket to attend one performance date to the 2026 Groundswell Festival. Performances run November 10 – 12 at 7:00 PM, subject to availability.
