Deivan Steele
Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Deivan Steele is a playwright, director, and actor based in Toronto. His plays include Sherlock Holmes and the Vanishing Hour (commissioned by St Lawrence Shakespeare Festival), Ice/berg (co-commissioned by Tarragon Theatre and The Creative School, TMU), and The Assembly, co-written with Breanne Tice (commissioned by Theatre Direct). His work in theatre has received four Dora award nominations and one win.
