Join The AFC for Mindfulness and Managing Triggers, an interactive mental wellness workshop/practice with registered social worker and mental health clinician Beste Kalender. Learn practical DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)-inspired techniques to navigate strong emotions, recognize your triggers, and create a personalized coping plan. No prior experience is required.
