This Black History Month, Egale Canada, in partnership with UPlift Black, invites you to attend a new national pilot program for the performing arts sector: Building Bridges in the Spotlight: Anti-Racism and 2SLGBTQI Inclusion in Canada’s Performing Arts Sector.

This FREE, two-day online Applied Lab is for performing arts administrators, leaders, and board members ready to move from DEI intention to meaningful structural change in support of Black and 2SLGBTQI artists, cultural workers and patrons. Folks can sign up and attend 1 of 2 cohorts which will run in parallel. You must attend both sessions for full participation of the pilot program.

Cohort 1: February 24 & March 3 | 3:00–4:30 PM ET
Cohort 2: February 26 & March 5 | 1:00–2:30 PM ET
