Diane is a writer/actor/dramaturge. Most recent, her critically acclaimed solo show GUILT, a love story (Tarragon, Centaur, RMTC). Recently Diane appeared in Fall on Your Knees (CanStage, NAC, Neptune, Grand, dir Alisa Palmer); and in her third collaboration with Richard Greenblatt, PALS (dir: Jillian Keiley). Also with Greenblatt at Tarragon, SIBS (Chalmers nom) and CARE. She was the playwright and an actor in UNHOLY, (Nightwood, dir Kelly Thornton). Unholy was filmed for TV and Dora Nominated. She also appeared as Nathan in Nathan the Wise at Stratford, and in Body Politic, (Dora nom for performance). Other plays include WAITING ROOM and LUBA, SIMPLY, LUBA (Kobzar award winner). Her four other solo shows MYTH ME, BY A THREAD (Dora Nom), RANDOM ACTS and BEAR WITH ME (adapted from her book) have been remounted internationally. Diane was CBC radio’s longtime National parenting columnist, and a feature columnist for The Star and Globe. She was nominated for an Emmy for writing on Kids in the Hall, and wrote for Canadian classics like Workin’ Moms and Baroness Von Sketch. Upcoming, DOES MY ASS LOOK FAT, a new musical developed in NYC.
