COLLEEN ANN FEE
COLLEEN ANN FEE is a social dramatist. She earned a post-graduate degree and studied with eminent practitioners: Sergei von Leuchtenberg, Yoshi Oida, and Uta Hagen. At The Banff Centre for the Arts, her solo performance work garnered a citation from the centre’s president. Her stage plays have received various awards in Canada and the U.S., including for her lyric play, AFTER LOVE, LIFE, juried to inaugurate ADVANCE THEATRE, the new play series of RUBY SLIPPERS THEATRE supported by PGC; and for her comedy about identity, JACKIE TORNADO, semi-finalist for the NEIL SIMON NEW PLAY AWARD. Her recent work comprises THE CITY PLAYS, a pair of one-acts about displacement: A CITIZEN OF THE CITY; and THE UNCEDED CITY.
