Love and War Western Style

Rose Scollard is pleased to announce that Love and War Western Style, her anthology of radio dramas, will be published this May 15 in the University of Calgary’s Brave and Brilliant Series. Commissioned by the CBC in the early 1990s the plays are deconstructions of familiar romantic vehicles—the western, the Hollywood musical and the romance novel—featuring imaginary cowboys, wishes that go awry and tough, unstoppable feisty women.
