2026 Jenny Munday Atlantic Canada Play Award – DEADLINE: 2026/01/15

Playwrights Atlantic Resource Centre (PARC) is honoured to announce the 2026 Jenny Munday Atlantic Canadian Play Award. The third annual award honours Jenny Munday, PARC’s inaugural Artistic Director who dedicated 20 years of service to the organization, celebrating her legacy while providing vital support and recognition to playwrights from Atlantic Canada.

Atlantic Canadian playwrights are invited to submit their original work for consideration. Scripts that have not yet been produced or have had one production by Atlantic Canadian playwrights will be eligible. A jury of three theatre artists will select the winning play. The prize will be $1,500.00 with two prizes of $500.00 for the runners-up.
