Beatrice Mosionier

Beatrice Mosionier was born in St. Boniface, Manitoba in 1949. She began a writing career with a novel, In Search of April Raintree, in 1983. In 1992, a request from Tomson Highway resulted in Beatrice writing her first play, Night of the Trickster. Beatrice rarely attended stage plays because of a hearing impairment. Fortunately, the cast and crew of the play were so supportive and helpful that the play was shortlisted for the Floyd S. Chalmers Canadian Play Awards. Beatrice now lives in Enderby, BC.
