Frank Moher
Frank Moher’s plays have been seen throughout North America and internationally. Odd Jobs, first produced in Edmonton in 1985, was a finalist for the Governor General’s Award, won the Los Angeles Drama-Logue Award, and toured Japan. The Third Ascent and Supreme Dream (co-written with Rhonda Trodd) toured Canada, and Big Baby, first produced in Calgary in 2004, has been seen widely in Europe. Frank founded Western Edge Theatre on Vancouver Island in 2003 and was its executive producer through 2022. He also created the pioneering online scriptwriting workshop E-script (https://escript.ws) and the online play publisher ProPlay (https://proplay.ws), where most of his plays may be read. A journalist as well, Frank taught both scriptwriting and journalism at Vancouver Island University. He lives on Gabriola Island in BC, and continues to write non-fiction and for theatre.
