Pippa Mackie is an award-winning playwright, actor, and producer based in Vancouver, BC. Most notable credits include Hurricane Mona co-produced by Touchstone Theatre and Ruby Slippers Theatre which received its World Premiere at The Cultch in 2023, was awarded Touchstone Theatre’s David King Prize for Comedy, and was a participant of the 2023 Banff Playwrights Unit.

Juliet: A Revenge Comedy co-written with Ryan Gladstone has been touring North America since 2019, including a sold-out run and holdover at The Cultch 2024 and was nominated for 5 Jessie Richardson Awards including Best Production and earned several Pick of the Fringe awards. Pippa is also the co-writer with Emmelia Gordon of Fringe Festival hit The Progressive Polygamists, which toured for many years including the Just For Laughs Festival and won Edmonton and Vancouver’s Pick of the Fringe Award.

Pippa is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada.
