Melee Hutton was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She graduated the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with the James Bridie Medal and the Citizen’s Theatre Award. She is an actor and theatre director as well as an on set acting coach for film and television. She has been Dora nominated for Outstanding Performance (Brothers Karamazov) and Outstanding Direction (The Dumb Waiter). She is a proud member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
