Lisa Coleman-Brown
Born in Vancouver B.C. vintage ’57, raised in Montreal and Toronto, and a resident of the Garson community of Greater Sudbury since 1989, Lisa Coleman-Brown writes plays and short stories. She is a member of the Sudbury Writers’ Guild, and The Writers’ Union of Canada. Her play Inferno 6077: Born Out Of Fire co-written with Matthew Del Papa was commissioned by the Northern Ontario Railroad Museum and Heritage Centre, and Northern Screams, and was produced as a Covid-19-Safe radio feature for the drive-in style Terror Train Hallowe’en Haunt performed over weekends in October 2020. Lisa received an Ontario Arts Council Theatre Recommender Grant from Tangled Art+Disability in 2022.
