PGC celebrates 50 years of championing playwrights!

For the last 50 years, PGC has supported and enhanced the lives of playwrights, so that they may tell their stories.

We have dubbed 2022 the “Year of the Playwright” to draw attention to how essential playwrights are to the Canadian theatre landscape and beyond. We’ll be looking back at the past 50 years that brought us here and looking forward to the next 50 years of PGC’s existence.
