Liam Salmon (they/them) is a Queer writer based in Amiskwakahegan, colonially known as Edmonton, Alberta. A graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada’s Playwriting program, their stageplays have been presented across Canada in various capacities. A founding member of the indie theatre company, Low Hanging Fruit, they recently won a Sterling for outstanding Fringe new work for their play FAGS IN SPACE. They are currently working on a novel tentatively titled This is Not a Safe Space that will delve into the historical pedagogical practices of abuse in theatre schools and in theatre communities across Canada.
