Play Full: A Scratch Night
Play Full Theatre will showcase a selection of engaging and distinctive new plays created through collaborations between emerging playwrights, directors and dramaturgs.
Featuring performances of work in progress short plays and extracts from longer pieces performed by an ensemble of professional actors – soon to be announced!
A fun and informal event for anyone who loves theatre. Join us in the bar afterwards to chat about the performances and connect with people in the performing arts sector.

Juror – When Paul is called up to Jury Duty, the accused turns out to be an old high school rival. He makes it his mission to get Jimmy sent away, guilty or not, for his teenage crimes.

Fall Out – Another time and place from our world. An International Criminal Court trial. During a break in proceedings, the lead defence must balance the personal and the professional when talking through a translator to the defendant.

Entry is free with the option to add a pay what you can donation if you wish. This will go towards the costs of running the event. Please note, Eventbrite will deduct a 2.4% free from each donation.

A limited number of tickets might become available on the door on the night (cash only).
The venue is accessed by approximately 30 steps and there is no lift. If you have any other access requirements, please let us know when booking. We will do our best to accommodate this and will let you know.
The Play Full producing team met at an event hosted by Playwrights’ Studio Scotland and we are incredibly grateful for the organisation’s ongoing support of the project. Thank you also to the Tron Theatre for offering free rehearsal space which we used for dramaturgy sessions.
